Tutorial said i need to choose layer1 then find “Scene” but i can firgue out… how to do it. There is no “Scene” button or something similar. I understand that “Scene” is technically middle part of the UI but whenever i click with right or left mouse button i cant find this sequence “Scene”->Tile map -> ShowPallete can anyone tell me where to find it ?
It’s talking about the dropdown menu at the top of the window. The Tile Map options will only show up in the menu if you have a .tilemap file open in the viewport.

Look under View instead, I think we recently rearranged the menus.

My version of Editor 2 doesn’t actually look like Ross’ version. But the Show Palette option is here:
Remember to set a Tile Source (select root of Tilemap in Outline and then seelct tilesource from Properties) and then select a layer from the Outline before pressing Space.
