# Free sound effects for games: 1,150 SFX, free for commercial use

Hi! We run DailySounds, a free sound effects site: [https://dailysounds.org](https://dailysounds.org)

There are 1,150 sounds so far, including UI clicks and beeps, coins and power-ups, hits and impacts, explosions, weapons, sci-fi, horror, animals, footsteps and other foley, and ambience beds. Every sound has its own page where you can preview it in the browser and download it, with no account and no download limit.

The downloads are MP3, so convert them to .ogg or .wav (Audacity works fine) before adding them to a sound component. We add a new sound every day.
