hi! you should try Stencyl. That has a great system for visual scripting.

You can also try Buildbox. It is intended for making games using Visual Scripting, but you are limited on the kinds of games you can meke with it. The free version only allows you to export to Android and iOS, if you want to export for PC you should buy the software (which is pretty expensive btw)
You should learn to code, it gives you full control over your game and is pretty fun once you get accustomed to it!
