I must have clicked come key combination because one of my game objects suddenly was greyed out and disappeared from Editor view of the collection 
Can you please tell me what that combination could be and what this feature is?
Ok, I found it: Ctrl+E 
But let it be on the forum, if anyone ever could get into similar “problem”
P.S. Would be great if this shortcut (Ctrl+E on Win) could work here like double-state/toggle switch, if hidden - Ctrl+E will show it again?
