I’m doing some QA around the game as I prep to release (which I feel like I’ll need to delay again).
If I set the gain for the SFX group to 0 and then click buttons (which would normally play a SFX), my background music pauses (and maybe resets? hard to tell) for a moment. Here is a video recreation of the issue:
I actually talked to @Mathias_Westerdahl about this yesterday, and it seems like there’s still an issue around sound gain being set to 0 under certain circumstances. I believe there’s a fix for this in the alpha channel already. @Mathias_Westerdahl will be able to confirm this.
Yes, that definitely seems like the other bug we just fixed (DEF-2538). It is in the alpha build now and will be in next release. You can test the alpha build to see if it fixes your issue: http://d.defold.com/alpha/
