Cannot save builtins, help? (SOLVED)

For some reason when I make changes to stuff in the bulletins folder nothing saves. I try clicking the Save All button and doing Command+S but nothing works. Any help?

This is the intended behavior. If you want to change something that is in the builtin’s folders you will have to first copy it into your own project and then make your own changes.
