Hey guys, I recently updated ( or it updated on its own rather) and now when I try to build my game, it doesnt open. the error console stays blank.
Can you try and do a Rebuild? Same problem if you restart? Have you tried to manually remove the build folder inside your project folder? Can you bundle?
it’s like its lagging I guess. Never had this issue till after the update. I hit run about 4 times that day and it didnt do anything for about 30 minutes, then it built itself four times. and now today (restarted and everything) it’s lagging again. Nothing in the error field
EDIT: and now its back running fast as it should be. Weird that it lags on startup though

Try to open the folder with explorer and manually delete the entire build folder?

Will I lose my work if I delete it?
Syncing the project uploads it to the Defold servers if you did not know. If you sync often you won’t lose work.
The build folder is for builds only. I don’t know what’s causing your problem, maybe some software on your system is interfering and making the files unable to be deleted by the editor after building once.
